This Saturday, July 11th, saw the Association’s traditional Summer Festival ☀️🍇, one of the ACB’s annual events marking the approach of the end of the wine-growing season.
For the 2026 edition, President Jean-Sébastien Fleury, elected last February, opened this major highlight for the first time. 🎉
Guests were welcomed in the hills above Reims, in Ville-Dommange, at the estate of organic winegrower Fabien Bergeronneau. @champagnefabienbergeronneau 🍃
Our host, Fabien, shared the history of his family estate, explained the richness of the surrounding terroirs and introduced members to several of the estate’s cuvées. 🥂
Then, a joyful feast awaited the guests, featuring, in particular, an organic braised pig prepared by Rose and Nathan 🐷🔥, accompanied by a side dish of biodynamic matured beef from our member Olivier Horiot. 🥩
The day continued with a post-lunch stroll through the Bergeronneau vineyard 🚶 ♀️ 🍇, punctuated by several champagne tasting breaks. 🥂✨
