Presentation :
Récoltants Manipulants (grower-producers) based in Montgueux, Didier and his daughter, Stephanie are crafted champagnes exclusively from grapes harvested, pressed, and vinified on their estate: La Chanose. Since 2012, the vineyard has been managed according to certified organic standards by ECOCERT.
Their underground cellar is specifically designed to handle the harvest from each individual plot. This allows them to highlight the unique characteristics of exposure, altitude, and grape variety, as well as the specific soil of every vine. In this way, the terroir of Montgueux can
fully express all its facets.
