Presentation :

Artisanal winegrowers in Talus Saint Prix, vinifications takes place in stainless steel (75%) and in wood (25%). It was Cyril, 3rd generation, with Clémence who took the organic turn in 2015 after more than 10 years of material and human adaptations.

The varied soils of the village (flint clays, white marls, sands) and the village of Montier en l’Isle (brown limestone soils on Kimmeridgian marl) coupled with vinification using indigenous yeasts allow the development of distinctive wines that shows our specificities. Traditionals 2000 kg and 4000 kg presses help us to extract the purity of juices.
