Emmanuel, after a career as a graphic designer and an activity as a contemporary dancer, changed paths in 2001 to take over his grandparents’ vineyards in Berru. Self-taught, he learns from his mistakes and decides to work all the plots in the same spirit: adopt respectful viticulture, reduce the carbon footprint and limit inputs. Its commitment to Organic Viticulture reflects its concern for quality and sustainability. In collaboration with the Berru cooperative, it produces authentic champagnes, rich in personality, which fully express the terroir and know-how. An approach combining tradition and innovation at the service of the family vineyard.
