The estate is located in Bonneil, in the western part of the Champagne region, near the Marne Valley. Its distinctive feature is a unique natural amphitheater with south/southeast-facing slopes and a 110-meter elevation change. Driven by family tradition and a deep connection to the land, Guillaume made the decision in 2018 to convert the estate to organic farming and has been further developing this transition with biodynamic practices certified by Demeter since 2022. Thanks to a vineyard cultivated using massal selection, a careful attention to nature, and the protection of the environment through herbal teas and various plant decoctions with medicinal properties, the organic and biodynamic shift has been a resounding success.
