We had the honour of welcoming Mrs Faouzi, sub-prefect of Bar-sur-Aube, on her first visit to an organic champagne estate in the middle of the harvest. She was able to learn about the challenges of organic viticulture and appreciate the quality of the grapes.đż

We then joined the team already on site to lend a hand with the Pinot Noir harvest at the Dumont estate in Champignol-lez-Mondeville, where traditional harvesting methods are carefully maintained for the well-being of the teams. The atmosphere was warm, friendly and full of good humour.đ
The association is delighted to have been able to welcome a representative of the state to an organic estate and is delighted with this meeting.
