Presentation :

Our estate is situated in two villages: Avenay Val d’Or and Tauxières, both of which are designated as Premier Cru. 60% of our vineyards are planted to pinot noir and 40% to chardonnay.

The age of the vines ranges from 8 years to 45 years for the oldest.

We’ve been certified as organic since 1971 and we use oak or acacia barrels during the vinification of our entire production. Dosage is kept low, between 0 and 6 g/l, to bring out the finesse and elegance of our wines.
