Vincent Couche uses Biodynamic principles to cultivate his vines in the heart of the Côte des Bar. It was his mother who inspired him, the call of the vines runs through his veins. He aspires to excellence, demanding nothing but the best, and wouldn’t think about working any other way. Actively listening to Nature, he is extremely attentive to his vine’s every needs, infusing them with healthy goodness and energy with the help of medicinal plant-based concoctions (valeriane, thyme, nettle, horsetail…) He is constantly striving to obtain the full potential from his vines and the expressiveness of his terroir.
