Presentation :
The Champagne Hervé BRISSON is a family wine estate of 8.3 acres, 7.5 of them being Chardonnay, planted in a limestone subsoil, located in the valley of Petit Morin.
A press unit of 2000 kg, small crates of grapes of 20 kg, vinification in oak barrels, without any filtration or any collage enable me to preserve the aromas of the grapes.
3 Champagnes are developed at the wine estate:
Les aulnes: a blending of slops of Chardonnay
Les régales and Le long du chemin that are two fragmented wines of Chardonnay
