Presentation :
The ELEMART ROBION champagne vineyard, run by Catherine, Thierry and their eldest son Eloi, is located in the Ardre Valley south-west of Reims. The majority of the vineyard is planted with meunier grapes, wich have a unique identity in this valley, followed by chardonnay, pinot noir and a little-known and confidential grape variety : petit meslier. The vines grow on a soil of clay, sand and limestone from the Middle Lutetian period.
The typicality of this terroir produces wines with a rich aromatic volume, balanced with minerality and finesse.
