A seven hectares estate located on the western extremity of the Vallée de la Marne, cultivated using biodynamic principles since 2009. (Demeter label since the 2014 harvest). Jerome Bourgeois is always working to guide the vines toward a natural balance, leading to quality and flavor characteristics in his wines that offer the very best from his terroir.
