Grower producer since 1862, Bonnet-Ponson perpetuate a tradition of handcrafted Champagnes and Coteaux champenois, from the family vineyard of the Montagne de Reims, Planted in the terroirs of Chamery, Vrigny, Coulommes la Montagne and Verzenay. Cyril Bonnet (6th generation) is now in charge of the domain, giving a more and more “Natural” orientation to the house style, with an increasing proportion of “Zero sulfits, Zero dosage “cuvées in the range of cuvées.
