🍇 It was the 2026 Organic White Wines Grand Tasting! 🍷

For this first edition, 33 producers came together to showcase their organic still wines and share their viticultural and winemaking practices. 🌱🍷

A big thank you to all the professionals in attendance — buyers, journalists, teachers and students — who came to taste, discuss and enjoy this unique occasion in the wine cellar of the Champagne Wine and Regional Archaeology Museum in Épernay 🥂

This morning, marked by a spirit of conviviality and learning, provided wonderful opportunities to meet committed and passionate winegrowers!

We would like to thank the lecturers and researchers Mr Richard Dumoulin, Professor Marchal and Professor Tillemant for presenting their research on the mineral profiles of wines. 🧪
