Presentation :
The estate is distinguished by its demanding and environmentally respectful approach, driven by a commitment to expressing its terroirs as faithfully as possible. For more than ten years, it has undertaken significant human and technical adaptations to cultivate its vineyards without pesticides, while preserving natural ecological balances.
Now certified Organic and Vegan, the estate continues its commitment to sustainable and innovative viticulture. This approach notably includes agroforestry practices within the vineyard, integrating trees, hedgerows, and biodiversity to strengthen ecosystem resilience and encourage natural interactions between the vines and their environment.
The estate’s Champagnes are crafted according to a philosophy of extended maturation, with prolonged ageing in the cellar that brings depth, complexity, and harmony to the wines. Alcoholic fermentations are carried out exclusively using indigenous yeasts naturally present on the grapes and within the estate’s environment. Malolactic fermentation is never blocked and is allowed to occur naturally whenever conditions permit.
This philosophy results in distinctive, authentic cuvées that are deeply rooted in their place of origin. Vinified with minimal intervention, the wines reveal the unique character of each terroir, accurately reflecting the influence of the soils, climate, and vintage.
Convinced that biodiversity is one of the most reliable indicators of ecosystem health, the estate pays particular attention to the preservation of local flora and fauna. This natural richness supports the work in the vineyard and contributes to the unique expression of the wines, which serve as true reflections of their environment.
