Located across five villages in the Marne Valley, the vineyard comprises some forty plots within a 6-kilometer radius. Half of the fermentations takes place in oak barrels, and half in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, without fining or filtration. Production of 8 Champagnes, including blends and single-vineyard wines. Production of Coteaux Rouge and Coteaux Blanc, depending on the vintage, as well as Ratafia Champenois, Fine Champenoise, and Marc Champenois, all three produced using the Solera method.
