Nature is incredibly ingenious… Gaël and Valérie observe and draw inspiration from it to cultivate healthy, living grapes, with respect for both people and the land.

Agroecology and regenerative agriculture are the guiding principles of their approach. They place paramount importance on soil life, planting cover crops between the vine rows across all their parcels. Drawing on plant intelligence, they craft their fermented extracts and plant decoctions to strengthen the vines’ natural defenses.

Their vineyard spans 6 hectares across 10 villages in the Marne region ; a diversity of terroirs they are dedicated to bringing to life.
