In 2019, Aude and Boris, winemakers for several generations, chose to evolve their farming practices by embracing environmentally friendly viticulture. Based in the Vallée de la Marne, they make the most of a unique terroir, where clay-sandy soils dominate, giving their wines a beautiful fruity expression. Oak barrel vinification enhances this aromatic richness, bringing complexity and elegance to each cuvée.
