A very special terroir, Ecueil, deserves very special treatment: close observation of the vines, careful ploughing of the soil and sub-soil to bring out the intrinsic character of each plot and create living wines…
The wines are produced exclusively with grapes from our own vineyards located in Ecueil, in the heart of Pinot Noir territory on La Montagne de Reims and worked only by our team. The grapes from each plot are pressed separately and throughout the vinifcation, in vats or barrels, we take great care to ensure that the individual character of each plot is preserved.
