Presentation :
In 2014, in Neuville-sur-Seine in the Côte des Bar, the journey began for Clément and Agathe. Upon taking over the vineyards of their parents and grandparents, the couple chose to vinify a portion of their harvest themselves, while the remainder continues to supply the village cooperative.
From this family history, they maintain an absolute respect for the fruit, which naturally led them to organic farming in 2018. On their clay-limestone terroirs, they cultivate Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and the rare Pinot Blanc. They enjoy working with the entirety of their plots to create fully cellared, vintage-dated blended cuvées, while also highlighting the unique identity of their single-vineyard (“parcellaire”) cuvées. Vinified in stainless steel tanks with zero dosage, their champagnes seek purity, sincerity, and the exact reflection of both vintage and terroir.
