In the process of transition, Champagne Val Frison will gradually give way to Champagne Thomas de Marne, while retaining the same philosophy: to express the typicity of the soil and grape varieties according to the vintage.

Each parcel is vinified in the same way to preserve the expression of the terroir. The wines are fermented and aged in barrels, and are neither filtered, fined nor dosed.
