Presentation :

Champagne Pascal Mazet was born in 1981 when Catherine, a vigneron’s daughter, married Pascal who is a farmer’s son. Together they manage 2 hectares of Premier and Grand Cru vineyards in the Montagne de Reims nature reserve.

Being in contact with the vines every day and growing ever more aware of environmental issues, they decided, in 2009, after several years of trials, to convert their vineyards to organic farming.

The wines express all the authenticity of the limestone and clay character of the terroir they spring from. Catherine and Pascal age their wines for 9 months in oak barrels and then leave them for at least 5 years in the cellars.

In 2018, Oliver, the youngest of 3 children in the Mazet family, took up the challenge of managing the vineyards and making the champagne “Au Naturel”.

In so doing, he is playing his part in continuing our passion for artisan champagne.
