Coming from a family of winemakers for several generations, Didier GOUSSARD, oenologist, made the choice to develop his Champagne in the 1990s. Concerned about the impact he could have on his environment, he quickly became interested in alternative techniques by participating in the creation of a technical group. The conversion of an estate to organic viticulture was made naturally in 2011, with the development of the brand Gustave GOUSSARD in 2014. Today, the project continues with the spirit of group work with other colleagues who share the same philosophy. Recognition develops with awards, as well as press citations.
Since autumn 2022, it is under the brand OCTAVE GOUSSARD that all cuvées exclusively certified organic are marketed for a perfect identification.
