Presentation :
Our vineyard is located exclusively on the Verzy terroir, “Grand Cru” de la Montagne de Reims.
Our vines are worked biodynamic, the planting in plots of more than 1000 trees and shrubs then the introduction of animals (chickens or sheep) for grazing in winter make it a particularly lively vineyard.
All the vinification processes take place naturally (natural yeasts, no fining or filtration, very low or no dosages, little or no sulfur, etc.).
