Presentation :
Champagne growers and producers in Montgueux, Didier Doué and his daughter, Stéphanie, offer champagnes made from grapes pressed and vinified on their estate: La Chanose. Their vineyard has been certified organic by ECOCERT since 2012. The mechanical maintenance of the soils is very selective to promote biodiversity. Their plot-by-plot vinifications highlight the unique exposure of their plots, their soils, and each grape variety. Thus, their unique Montgueux terroir fully expresses all its facets, offering you a range of champagnes born from a deep commitment to environmentally friendly and deliciously exclusive viticulture.
