Erick Schreiber, committed to biodynamic winegrowing since 1990. From 1975 to 1979, Erick studied winegrowing and oenology at Avize. He created and planted his vineyard in 1980. At the same time, he developed vinification practices within a Biodynamie group : his passion for wine was born. Deeply convinced of the positive influence of this approach on the quality and “personality” of his wines, he converted his vineyard to Biodynamie management in 1990. Curious, adventurous and open to news ideas, he gradually explored and modified his approach to biodynamie agriculture by adapting advances that have been made in this field.
