đâïžđ§șAs the Champagne grape harvest gradually comes to an end, let’s take a look back at some of our new organic members!
đ±Meet Maxime and Alexandre Grellet: a family farm that combines vineyards, cereal crops and livestock! đŸđđ Committed to organic conversion since 2011. Invested in respectful practices (winter grazing of sheep, green leaf removal), which promote a balanced ecosystem and more resilient vines. Despite slightly lower yields this year, they are fully satisfied with the quality of the juice and are preparing to market their very first vintage of organic champagne. đŸ
đ±Domaine Cugnart â Tempted by organic farming for a long time, in 2021 they took the plunge. The wife is also won over by organic farming, from the respect for the vines to the final quality of the wines, and is seriously considering converting her vineyard as well. đż
đ±Champagne Tritant â Here, we’re talking about grands crus! Bouzy, Mailly grand cru and Ambonnay: a true independent winegrower who harvests, vinifies and markets his entire grape production. The conversion to organic farming began in April 2020 and certification was achieved in 2023. This year, the quantity is lower, but the quality is definitely there! A very promising 2025 vintage đ For the red hillside, with the help of their oenologists, they select the most flavourful red berry plots. This year, the harvest took place on a very unexpected plot!
