Presentation :

Vincent Cuillier: A Winegrower Rooted in His Terroir Vincent Cuillier is a passionate winegrower who cultivates his vines with respect for nature and biodiversity. His estate, located in Brugny-Épernay, is distinguished by its unique approach to viticulture: agroforestry and cover crops. Aware of the importance of preserving the ecosystem of his vineyard, Vincent Cuillier has chosen to plant trees among his vines. This practice, called agroforestry, creates a healthier and more resilient environment. The trees protect the vines from wind and sun, promote biodiversity, and contribute to soil fertility. In addition to agroforestry, Vincent Cuillier uses cover crops between the rows of vines. These plants, chosen for their specific properties, enrich the soil with organic matter, limit erosion, and promote microbial life. In the cellar, Vincent Cuillier favors natural vinification without inputs. The grapes are harvested by hand and gently pressed. Fermentation occurs spontaneously thanks to indigenous yeasts. The wines are then aged in single-vineyard, vintage-dated vats, which preserves the unique expression of each terroir. Vincent Cuillier’s champagnes reflect his commitment to nature and his expertise. They are characterized by their finesse, elegance, and aromatic complexity. Each cuvée is an invitation to discover the richness and diversity of the Champagne terroir.
