Presentation :

Marie & Olivier are explorers of their terroir and experimenters at heart.
Since 1999, they have been driven by a desire to extract the very best from the sap of their 8.7 hectares of vines in Les Riceys. In the Côte des Bar, they carefully nurture primarily Pinot Noir, perfectly suited to the region’s Kimmeridgian soils. They also cultivate long-forgotten heritage grape varieties such as Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Arbane, and Petit Meslier. As for Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier, they grow them in small quantities—just for the fun of it.

When we think of Champagne, bubbles immediately come to mind. But for the HORIOT family, that’s a relatively recent story—they’ve only been producing sparkling wines for the past fifteen years.
However, since 1999, they’ve been crafting a unique range of “still wines” in Champagne, reflecting the diversity of their Riceys terroirs and showcasing the outstanding quality potential of these distinctive lands.
