Since its creation in 2001, the entire vineyard of Champagne COSNARD has been cultivated in the same spirit: prioritizing the reduction of the carbon footprint and limiting chemical inputs while promoting the quality of the grapes. From this commitment, will the interventions on the vine follow.
Since 2005, no insecticide has been used.
Since 2008, no herbicide has been applied to the plots.
In 2019, Champagne COSNARD obtained the Organic Farming certification.
