Presentation :
Located in Vincelles (51) in the heart of the Marne Valley, the family vineyard, founded on know-how handed down from generation to generation, covers a total surface area of 7.5 ha (Chardonnay 2.26 ha, Pinot Meunier 1.82 ha, Pinot Noir 3.42 ha), from Verneuil to Mont Saint-Père, via Passy-sur-Marne and Barzy-sur-Marne. DEMETER label for 5.95ha. Each step, from the vine to the cellar, aims to reveal the terroir’s potential. In the cellar, they use a minimum of inputs (little or no chaptalization, no chilling, little or no sulfites, etc.) to preserve the purity of the grapes. Their aim is to offer quality, authentic wines, while preserving biodiversity and contributing to the health of local soils and landscapes. And to showcase grape varieties suited to the terroir. They produce a varied range of champagnes vinified using traditional methods, with a delicate, natural effervescence.
Reception by appointment only.
