Presentation :
Daughter and granddaughter of winegrowers for many generations, I settled in 2h24 in 1993 and sold my grapes to large Champagne Houses like my father and all my brothers and sisters before me. In 2001 she opened a pressing center in association with her brother Bélorgeot Thierry, also an organic winemaker. I converted my vineyard in 2006 after many years of trying. Not having my own cellar, it is only natural that I collaborate with my cooperative: Terroir et vignerons de champagne in Chouilly (near Epernay) for the production of my vintages made from organic grapes and organic champagnes. The undisputed talent of its oenologists allows me to highlight my terroir. Since the 2022 harvest, Union Auboise in the Côte des Bars has been vinifying its vintages.
