Presentation :
Heir to a long line of Champagne winegrowers, Paul-Vincent Ariston perpetuates two centuries of winegrowing tradition in Brouillet (a village in the Ardre Valley, west of Reims). For 5 generations, the family has cultivated the art of the vine and perpetuated a unique know-how rich in experience, gestures and passions handed down day after day. The House works with 4 rare grape varieties, which were cultivated by our ancestor Aspasie: Arbanne, Petit Meslier, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Gris. These varieties, along with Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, are crushed in the family press.
Open Tuesday to Saturday, 9am to 12pm and 2pm to 4:30pm. Visits at 10:30 am and 2:30 pm by appointment only, and subject to availability. Closed on Sundays and public holidays
