The Association des Champagnes Biologiques is delighted to invite you to the second ‘Rendez-vous du Bouchon Bio’! This will be a great opportunity to discover the richness of Champagne’s organic viticulture, in a warm and friendly setting in the heart of Troyes.
When and where?
The event will take place on 27 February 2024, from 5.45pm, at 1 rue de Vauluisant, right in the centre of Troyes.
Theme of the month: ‘Organic (diversity), a challenge’.
At this event, winegrowers Paul Bastien Clergeot from Champagne Petit Clergeot and Lucas Fleury from Champagne Georges Fleury will share their vision of organic viticulture. They will be highlighting the importance of biodiversity in preserving winegrowing terroirs and ecosystems.
The evening programme:
– Discussions with the winegrowers: Find out how biodiversity plays an essential role in the health of soils and vines.
– Tasting: A tasting of organic champagnes will be offered to discover the products of the winegrowers present and appreciate their know-how.

The Association des Champagnes Biologiques is delighted to present its new public event, ‘𝑳𝒆𝒔 𝑹𝒆𝒏𝒅𝒆𝒛-𝑽𝒐𝒖𝒔 𝒅𝒖 𝑩𝒐𝒖𝒄𝒉𝒐𝒏 𝑩𝒊𝒐’, in reference, as you will no doubt have realised, to the nickname of Troyes town centre.
This event will be held every month in the heart of Troyes, in our new premises located at 1 rue de Vauluisant.
These monthly meetings will be an opportunity to discover the richness of organic winegrowing in the Champagne region by talking directly to our organic winegrowers.
Each month, two estates will be in the spotlight to share their passion, their approach and their values.
At the end of the meeting, a tasting of the wines will give lucky participants a chance to savour the expertise of the producers.
The first date of the event, the theme and the first two winemakers will be announced very soon!
