Presentation :
As the heir to a long line of Champagne winemakers, Paul-Vincent Ariston carries on two centuries of winemaking tradition in Brouillet (a village in the Ardre Valley, west of Reims). For five generations, the family has cultivated the art of winemaking and preserved a unique expertise rich in experience, techniques, and passion passed down day after day. The House works with four rare grape varieties, which were cultivated by our ancestor Aspasie: Arbanne, Petit Meslier, Pinot Blanc, and Pinot Gris. These varieties, along with Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier, are pressed on the family’s press.
